A New Level Of Jazz:
Wednesdays at Level Nightclub feature the live jazz tunes of Conversation Piece featuring Walter Chancellor. Although there is a $6 cover, you'll be saving on drinks all night; take advantage of $3 drinks and half price bottles of wine - specials that are worthy of applause.
Tropix Can't Survive the Cold
Tropix, the North Loop dance club, shuts its doors permanently following the New Year. This place was once a favorite place for younger Sotans to go crazy, but business has suffered since Spin came to town. The North Loop Neighborhood Association is happy to see this "boys and girls gone wild" club head south for retirement. A new, classier, more upscale club, Visage, will replace Tropix this spring.
